Locate and Serve Fee

Service provides for locating defendants/witnesses for clients that don't have accurate or up-to-date information on current whereabouts. Please note: This fee is in addition to the Service fees listed above. If a location is discovered and the client decides not to secure Service of Process, the Locate and Serve fee still applies.
Additional Fees
$10 data entry fee (entered into system and cancelled prior to attempt)
$0.35 per page for service document copies over 20 pages.
$75 per hour sitting/waiting. (One (1) hour minimum.)
$30 returned payment fee.
